I've bought some wordpress blog themes from themeforest before and then I discovered some intriguing listings, like this one: https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress/?term=rick+bauer+and+david As you can see there aren't any themes on that niche but still the webpage is out there - along with a title and some content, etc. What are they aiming to do? And why would they even try? I'm puzzled.
